As a professional Interior Designer I partner with my clients by listening to their design goals and helping them to make their dreams a reality. Taking on any size project, from floor plans and furnishings, to draperies, color consultation, and custom bedding. Assisting clients in designing an entire new home, putting together a single new space, or helping my clients find that last great piece to finish a room. I have a Bachelors degree from California Polytechnic State University, am a Certified Interior Designer (CID) with the California Council for Interior Design Certification, and am also an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers.

During my design career, I have made it my goal to create a special look for each of my clients. A signature look of "Casual Elegance" to every project no matter the style from Transitional to Tuscan. I have been working in the industry since 1978, first as one of the owners of Fireside Furniture Gallery in Salinas, as a manufactures rep for national and international furniture companies, has A.A. Degrees in Multimedia/Interior Design, is a California Certified Interior Designer since 1994, a Prof. Member of the I D S since 1995. Artistically mentored by my grandfather, the head color and paint specialist at Disney for 30 years and a family friend that was Dir. of Furniture Development and Showroom Design to the industry.

My design career spans over 25 years in the San Francisco Bay Area with the last 13 years as Director of Visual Merchandise Design at Poppleton's. More important to me than the opportunity to create unique showroom display themes, is the excitement found in the challenge of combining extraordinary furnishings and seeing the result of the display rooms when they are complete. I look forward everyday to creating the most appealing visual design showroom displays that will inspire the designer in all of us.
